Apple Pie not shown.
Alton Brown's pie crust recipe is pretty good. Well, he has more than one. I started with his Apple Pie recipe, where he uses some sort of apple liquor in the crust, and substituted rum. The fat in the crust is about 2/3 butter and 1/3 lard.
